“On February 20, 2019, the number of certified fishermen has reached 232,414 at the Human Resources Development Institute for Transport,” he said.

Angkan has insisted that the Ministry has promised to facilitate and expedite licensing of fishermen. So they can continue their operations and meet the security requirements.
